The 2025 Yoga Retreat is in Southern Goa. It is located on a beautiful and peaceful beach. The accommodation comprises charming wooden beach cabanas under the coconut trees with stunning ocean views. There are two Yoga Shalas.

Each cabana hut has stylish interiors made of natural materials and touches of Indian fabrics. Once again we have exclusive use of the retreat for ourselves

Enjoy 10 wonderful nights in this stunning setting. The price includes all yoga, meals and snacks, 2 massages, airport transfers, and excursions.

Southern Goa is unlike the rest of India. It is a cleaner, quieter, and more relaxing place with a mix of Portuguese and Indian architecture and cultural influences. It has a lower population density than Sydney Metro and nothing like the hustle and bustle associated with the traditional Indian lifestyle.

Accommodation

 

The venue is a quiet private property for our exclusive use. Some are Beachfront cabanas, some are Sea View cabanas, and all have sea views.

Most of the rooms have double beds. There are 3 twin Sea View rooms.

The Beachfront and Sea View rooms are priced differently - see below. All have air-con, WiFi, ceiling fans, and an outdoor space with seating to relax.

Four-poster king-sized bed. Ensuite. Right on the beach and the largest of the rooms. Veranda with steps down to the sandy beach.

Some more Sea View rooms may be able to be reconfigured to twin. Please let me know if you would rather share than have a room on your own and I will see if I can get the retreat to provide any more twin rooms. I can't promise but I will try.

Activities and Excursions

Polem Beach Sunrise Boat Trip

An early morning boat trip to watch the beautiful sunrise and maybe see some dolphins too. Leaves 7am from Polem beach and back for breakfast. 

 

Spice Farm

A 90-minute trip to Goa’s oldest spice farm. They conduct a great guided tour through the plantation which is followed by lunch. There is also a shop where we can buy spices and oils. 

Palolem Beach &  Shopping

Palolem is just a 20-minute drive to the beach, cafes and street shopping.
