I am excited to put on another Weekend Retreat in the beautiful Blue Mountains at the lovely Brightlands in Leura.
Come to rejuvenate and have time for yourself... Lots of wonderful Iyengar yoga where we can go deeper into the poses and you can work around your own body.. Eat delicious wholesome foods, relax in our environment that is just for us. There will be snacks out during the day for you to enjoy.
